Q.  Do you sell any parts that are not original equipment?
    NO, we only sell new factory OEM Kia-Mitsubishi Performance parts.
Q.  Do you sell any vintage car parts for older cars?
    No, we specialize in Kia-Mitsubishi car and truck parts from 1990 and later.
Q.  Which side is the Right Side and Which Side is The Left?
    When sitting in the driver's seat, the Drivers side is the Left Side of the car and the Passengers Side is the Right
Q.  How can I check the Status of an Order?
    To check the status of your order, please login and enter the order number.
Q.  Do you have every part listed on your website in stock?
    No. However we do have one of the larger parts inventories in the United States and MOST every item listed on our site is available for shipping within 1 to 7 business days
Q.  How come I recieved an email saying that the price is different than what is listed on the website asking me to approve the order?
    While the catalog is pretty much accurate, there are instances where Kia-Mitsubishi has changed the part number of the item and the changed number is a different price or the information in the catalog on this site is incorrect. There is also a monthly price update and sometimes it takes a few days for prices to be updated on this site. You will always be notified of any price changes by email or telephone.
Q.  Are you a Franchised Kia-Mitsubishi Dealer?
    Yes
Q.  When will my credit card be charged?
    The credit card will only be charged once we have the part 'in stock'. Meaning, the part IS physically in our hands and about to ship out to you.
Q.  What are your hours of operation?
    Our Website is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. As for telephone inquiries, you will need to call between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST. Monday through Friday.
Q.  What time zone are you in?
    We are in the Eastern Standard Time Zone
Q.  Why do you request the Vin number of the vehicle?
    The Vin is needed many times to identify the correct application for your vehicle.
Q.  Can I order a Instrument Cluster/Radio and What is the Price?
    No. -An Instrument Cluster/Radio must be ordered thru a Kia-Mitsubishi Dealer Service Department.
Q.  If I order a key, can you cut and program it for me?
    No. We CANNOT cut or program any keys due to the fact of no proof of ownership. You will have to visit your Kia-Mitsubishi dealer for those services!
Q.  Do you sell airbag and related equipment?
    No. Due to federal regulations, we cannot ship any saftey equipment parts due to hazardous handling.
